When your application for post completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) is approved by the USCIS, you will receive an email from SEVIS Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) with directions letting you know how to access the OPT portal.

You will be responsible for updating your employment with USCIS. You will also be required to report any changes in your employment as well as changes to your address and phone number.

When you report employment or a change of employers, you should navigate to Update I-20 or DS-2019 to request an I-20 with your current employer's name on it. You do not have to request a new I-20 if you are reporting a change of address.
