This information of  for our international students who are are supported by an athletic scholarship.  As you are aware, the NCAA  adopted an interim name, image and likeness policy

The policy does not currently address how this affects international students in F1 or J1  status. As the F1 and J1 regulation  there  is no type of employment that a student could engage in that would allow them to benefit from the  NIL.  Please review the information that has been compiled by Klasko Law  "Name Image Likeness" for Temple University students.
