TN Status For Mexican and Canadian Nationals 

The TN Applicant must possess the minimum qualifications for the occupation as specified by the NAFTA/USMCA Professional Job Series List. The most common minimum qualifications include a Baccalaureate degree and, if required for the profession, licensure. Whatever the minimum requirement is for the profession,  the TN applicant must be able to document that s/he possesses the minimum qualification by presenting a diploma, certificate, license, etc. with the application for TN status.
