Several fees are associated with the nonimmigrant employment petitions (H-1B and O-1 petitions plus TN & E-3 petitions that are filed with USCIS).

  • $460 I-129 base filing fee
  • $500 fraud prevention and detection fee (for New/Transfer H-1B Petitions Only)
  • Optional $2805 premium processing fee

Either complete multiple G-1450 Forms or request separate checks...the H-1B petition will be rejected if the fees are combined in one G-1450 or check.

If you are paying a fee with a G-1450, do not list the applicant's name on the form. Instead, list "Temple University" in the "Given Name" field and leave "Family Name" blank.
