O-1 Visa: Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement

Given that Temple University is the petitioner in O-1 matters, it has been determined that the employee, in consultation with the department, can choose between the two law firms that have been vetted and approved to prepare O-1 petitions for Temple University.  ISSS will send the chosen law firm all documents listed in ISSS’ O-1 application, so it is very important that both the hiring department and the O-1 Applicant include all relevant documents, including any documents produced by any former outside counsel.
